Det \u00e4r ett perfekt litet hus. Det enda \u00e4r att det beh\u00f6ver dr\u00e4neras runt, om man skall kunna anv\u00e4nda k\u00e4llar utrymmena som sovrum. D\u00e4r \u00e4r ju den stora f\u00f6rdelen med Rot avdraget. Rosa funderar att anv\u00e4nda Lindome entreprenad som fixade till Micaels kokhus. De gjorde ju ett grymt bra jobb och \u00e4r p\u00e5litliga.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Jag var med och hj\u00e4lpte till att gr\u00e4va dr\u00e4nering i Rosas gamla och har \u00e4ven gr\u00e4vt vid v\u00e5rt f\u00f6rsta hus. Men har man sett proffsen arbeta s\u00e5 fattar man att det \u00e4r det man skall ha och inte vela sj\u00e4lv. I det h\u00e4r fallet s\u00e5 \u00e4r det b\u00e4st att ta till Rot avdraget.
