S\u00e5 n\u00e4r jag gick ut i kylan i morse s\u00e5 fick jag en s\u00e5n j\u00e4rnspikars huvudverk och ont i \u00f6gat. Jag har f\u00f6rfrusit mig n\u00e4r jag var yngre s\u00e5 det beh\u00f6vs inte s\u00e5 mycket innan sm\u00e4rtan sl\u00e5r till. Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 himla l\u00e4tt att gl\u00f6mma ta p\u00e5 den n\u00e4r man springer mellan st\u00e4llena.
