D\u00e5 var det dags f\u00f6r Potatisfestivalen i Alings\u00e5s och i \u00e5r firade de dessutom 30 \u00e5r. Jag och gubben plockade upp Elvy ganska tidigt, marknaden \u00f6ppnade redan klockan 7. Men n\u00e4r vi var framme alldeles efter 9 s\u00e5 halvsov Alings\u00e5s fortfarande. Helt underbart! L\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 parkering och lagom med folk mellan st\u00e5nden och alla gamla butiker och caf\u00e9er. Jag k\u00f6pte en poncho sedan bar det av f\u00f6r fika.<\/p>\n

Vi stannade till och fikade i Storkens Caf\u00e9. Snacka om gamma innerg\u00e5rd! I broschyren om Alings\u00e5s st\u00e5r det ” Kom ikapp dig sj\u00e4lv i Alings\u00e5s! I v\u00e5r stressande tillvaro har vi behov av oaser d\u00e4r vi kan komma ikapp oss sj\u00e4lva. I Alings\u00e5s finner du din oas <\/em>” Jag viste att Alings\u00e5s \u00e4r k\u00e4nda f\u00f6r sina innerg\u00e5rdar!! Men att de hade s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga?! Nu gick vi \u00e4nd\u00e5 bara p\u00e5 ett par gator! Resten f\u00e5r bli en annan dag d\u00e5 vi \u00e4ven kan passa p\u00e5 att ta en titt p\u00e5 Nolhaga slott och djurpark.<\/p>\n

Balders Hage startades 1973 men 1980 flyttade man till de nuvarande lokalerna som har anor fr\u00e5n 1700-talet och man har bevarat v\u00e4ldigt mycket av inredningen. 2002 ut\u00f6kade man genom att hyra grannfastigheten som varit gamla stallar och gjorde en caf\u00e9lokal i mitten. Totala butiks ytan \u00e4r nu 300 kvm. Wow! Vilket st\u00e4lle! Tur att vi var s\u00e5 tidiga f\u00f6r allteftersom s\u00e5 blev det bra mycket folk och alla caf\u00e9er fylldes upp snabbt.<\/p>\n
