Jag \u00e4r just nu p\u00e5 semester i Dubai, Singapore, Osaka och Malaisya s\u00e5 det blir lite \u00e4tbart<\/a> <\/strong>fr\u00e5n olika resor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u00e4r \u00e4r kryddor och \u00f6rter fr\u00e5n Dubai. Vi k\u00f6pte en del som vi skall ha med hem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u00e4r \u00e4r Ginseng som de s\u00e5lde p\u00e5 en \u00f6rtbutik i Osaka. De f\u00e5 g\u00e5nger jag har \u00e4tit ginseng \u00e4r det som kosttillskott f\u00f6r att bli piggare. Det \u00e4r egentligen ganska oklart hur bra och effektiv ginseng \u00e4r och den har fr\u00e5n och med 2019 har USA: s\u00a0FDA\u00a0och\u00a0Federal Trade Commission\u00a0utf\u00e4rdat m\u00e5nga\u00a0varningsbrev\u00a0till tillverkare av ginseng kosttillskott f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra falska p\u00e5st\u00e5enden om h\u00e4lso- eller sjukdomsf\u00f6rdelar, med uppgift om att ”produkterna inte \u00e4r\u00a0allm\u00e4nt erk\u00e4nda som s\u00e4kra\u00a0och effektiva f\u00f6r de refererade anv\u00e4ndningarna” och \u00e4r olagliga som obeh\u00f6riga ”nya droger” enligt federal lag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u00e4r plockade jag apelsiner i \u00a0Pieve di Caminino vi bodde p\u00e5 Emiliano Marrucchi Locatelli \u00e4gor och vi kunde g\u00e5 runt hur vi ville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e4r vi var i Azorena s\u00e5 bes\u00f6kte vi en te farm och fick se hur de sk\u00f6rdade den. De hade fantastiska tesorter med kraftig smak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jag hittade inget \u00e4tbart n\u00e4r jag gick runt i Kula lumpo Malaysia s\u00e5 det f\u00e5r bli en bild p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra vindruvor hemma som kanske har mognat lagom till vi kommer hem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
