Br\u00e4nn\u00e4ssla (mycket vitaminer och mineraler), \u00e5kerfr\u00e4ken (inneh\u00e5ller kisel som st\u00e4rker h\u00e5ret) och ringblomma (mot torr h\u00e5rbotten, stimulerar nybildning av hud).
