En sn\u00e4ll, n\u00e4rande r\u00e4tt som ofta \u00e4ts i Japan n\u00e4r man \u00e4r sjuk eller beh\u00f6ver n\u00e5got milt f\u00f6r magen. Den \u00e4r l\u00f6sare \u00e4n den svenska risgrynsgr\u00f6ten, n\u00e4stan som ris i buljong, och f\u00e5r en silkeslen konsistens n\u00e4r riset kokas s\u00f6nder l\u00e5ngsamt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e5 g\u00f6r du: japansk risgr\u00f6t med \u00e4gg (Okayu)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 dl okokt rundkornigt ris<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5\u20137 dl vatten (mer vatten g\u00f6r gr\u00f6ten tunnare)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En nypa salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eventuellt lite soja, v\u00e5rl\u00f6k eller n\u00e5gra droppar sesamolja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tillagning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sk\u00f6lj riset noggrant tills vattnet blir klart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Koka riset med vattnet i en kastrull.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t sjuda f\u00f6rsiktigt i 30\u201340 minuter \u2013 r\u00f6r d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Det ska bli mjukt och n\u00e4stan soppliknande.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vispa upp \u00e4gget l\u00e4tt i en sk\u00e5l.
